The aim is to bring startups into real pilots and proof-of-concept projects that create value for ABB. It’s your chance to show what you can do, opening doors to commercial partnership, strategic investment or acquisition.

SynerLeap is ABB’s open innovation platform. Most of our work is targeted: we scout for specific things ABB is looking for. But great startups don’t always show up exactly when we’re looking, so we keep an open radar for startups we haven’t met yet.
This isn’t an application, and there’s no fee. Adding your company makes it visible to our scouting team. When something ABB is working on lines up with what you do, we reach out.
We won’t promise a timeline, a meeting, or a project, and we won’t send you a yes or no. Think of it like a talent pool: you’re telling ABB you’re worth knowing, not applying for a specific role. If there’s no match today, you stay on our radar for when there is.
